Failure to Connect

Communications technology continues to expand exponentially, yet our ability to understand one another hasn't improved one iota. The reason employees aren't able to meet expectations, never mind exceed them, is because even with all the tools at their fingertips, they do not communicate successfully. It doesn't have to be that way.
