Principals

 

Neil Cerbone is founder and president of Neil Cerbone Associates.  His clients include Fortune 500 and Global 1000 companies across a wide variety  of industries. 

Over the nearly 30 years that Neil has spent in the design, development and delivery of organizational development and training, he has pioneered a number of important delivery tactics in the areas of eLearning; catalytic videos, large events; multi-media awareness raising; live/interactive theatre; transactional and Total Immersion Simulation™. Neil's approach is focused on the delicate balance between the cerebral and the visceral. He has achieved his greatest results by educating people on how private motivations lead to predictable public behaviors that create lasting, albeit often misleading, perceptions.

 

Neil has been published in Fast Company Magazine, T&D Magazine, Training Magazine, American Banker, and Business Week's Small Biz, among others. He has also authored several case studies for American Society of Training and Development's (ASTD) series of case study books. Neil has appeared as an expert speaker at dozens of industry conferences, leadership summits, and learning events throughout the world, including guest speaker appearances at NatWest Bank, Johnson & Johnson, The Related Companies, JP Morgan Chase, and ShopRite Stores.

 

Neil Cerbone Associates has received multiple International Film & Television Institute awards and several Telly's for excellence in corporate video scripting, casting and directing. They recently were named a "most valued partner" by Johnson & Johnson and a "quality outsourced provider" for PNC Bank.

 

 

 

Adam Diglio joined Neil Cerbone Associates in 2003 and brought with him ten years of experience in management and leadership training from the sports and executive recruiting industries. Adam has acted as lead project manager on dozens of client engagements over the last six years and has delivered hundreds of learning programs, including: Leadership Development for The Chubb Insurance Group; Leadership Development and Shopper Loyalty Training for ShopRite Stores; designed developed and delivered Coaching, Managing Conflict and Teamwork Programs for Accenture/Unilever; Transformational Coaching for KPMG/Bearing Point, and Johnson & Johnson; Customer Service programs for CitiBank Private Bank and Provident Bank; Internal Consulting for Daiichi Sankyo; Client Experience programs for BNP Paribas and Allied Barton Security; and Diversity Training for Johnson & Johnson and PepsiCo.

 

Adam has also developed, managed and delivered Leadership and Management Training programs to over 200 executives from Global 1000 companies, as well as a host of Professional and Personal Effectiveness training programs to Fortune 500 companies. He has planned and managed large-scale training events for audiences numbering hundreds to thousands and has facilitated leadership forums of C-level executives.

 

Adam has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY and a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY. He is a certified Situational Leadership® Program Trainer for the Center for Leadership Studies, a member of the American Society of Training & Development (ASTD), a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and a Coaching for Growth® and PrioSys® certified delivery specialist.

 

Adam resides in Morris County, NJ with his wife Theresa and his two daughters, Abigail and Madeline.
